Terms of Service

1) Payment
_a) Prices can and will change due to complexity.
_b) I will accept payments via Ko-Fi & Paypal.
_c) FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED UPFRONT before getting started on the commission.
_c.2) For Model + Rigging I will be offering payment plans. For example paying 50% of the total price and the rest after a discussed milestone. Or monthly payments until the total of the price is payed for fixed, discussed milestones.2) Alloted Time/Revisions
_a) Please allow 1-2 months to complete. If the client would like it rushed there will be a +50% fee. This only applies to non-commercialized, illustration art.
_b) During the Art process, I will update the client periodically through screensharing via discord/email. I will be accepting feedback to ensure that client is content with the art piece. (This only applies to Art Commissions.)3) Crediting on Social Media
I request for the client to explicitly credit me on social media. If the client prefers not to disclose the credit, then an additional privacy fee will be charged.4) Right of Withdrawal/ Refund
_a)I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
_b) I have the right to withdraw from any commission, if such were to happen, I will issue a full refund.5) Cancellation
If the commissioner chooses to cancel, I will be deducting any process fees and any work hours into the piece for the refund.
Cancelling is not allowed after 85% of the work is completed.6) My Rights Concerning My Work
_a) I maintain the copyright to all my artworks.
_b) All preparation materials, visuals and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the artwork remain the property of the artist, LuneSirenes.7) Commercial Use
Model Art, Rigging, Twitch Emotes, PNGTUBER, Logo Design and Animation, Video Edits all include Commercial Rights*.

You cannot resale any of my work without first informing me.8) Non-Disclosure Agreement
I reserve the right to post WIPS, to stream, and to feature the artwork on my portfolio or videos. Unless an NDA is requested by the client. I will not post about the art piece before its completion and up to 30 days after its completion.
Non-Disclosure Fee is +5% of the total commission price.*

I am able and can draw Furry/Anthro, IRL people, and NSFW
I WILL NOT draw Mechas, Body Horror, Offensive Content, or NFTS.10) AI
I forbid the use of my likeness and creativiy in any way, shape or form to help train "AI" of any sort unless I personally sign a contract with said company stating otherwise.While I forbid the use of AI, If any of my creative commissions are altered with the use of AI, said commissioner is than agreeing to the automatic transfer of copyright for a 500% markup. Which will be charged automatically.
